Co-Founding Partner, Sean Lebson, has been defending the legal rights of accident victims and medical malpractice for over 30 years. Sean’s knowledge and dedication to each of his clients is the driving force behind his success. Sean is one of the pre-eminent negligence attorneys in New York State and is known throughout the state by judges and attorneys as a fierce advocate for his clients.  He has helped his clients achieve hundreds of millions of dollars in recoveries whether by settlement or trial.  

Sean obtained his first medical malpractice Plaintiff’s verdict just 6 weeks before obtaining his law license and his first multi-million-dollar medical malpractice verdict before the age of 30. These are the results of hard work, detailed investigation of every possible case, obtaining top medical and liability experts, experienced settlement negotiation tactics, dogged preparation for trial and top trial skills.  

Sean attended and graduated Suma Cum Laude from SUNY Albany and obtained his Juris Doctor from California Western Law School in San Diego, California with multiple American Jurisprudence Awards.

Sean lives in Rockland County with his wife Lisa and his three children. Sean has served on numerous charity boards and has helped to raise over 5 million dollars for various charities.
