Jay Kenneth Margolis is a seasoned litigator who has been trial counsel to Peter Tangredi and Associates since 2010 and continues that relationship with Lebson Tangredi as trial counsel to the firm.

Jay Margolis is a graduate of The University of Dayton School of Law graduating Cum Laude in 1984. Jay is a seasoned litigator who has been trial counsel to Peter Tangredi and Associates since 2010 and continues that relationship with Lebson Tangredi as trial counsel to the firm.

With over thirty eight years in the courtroom Jay has tried medical malpractice matters ranging from birth injuries to misdiagnosis of cancer to surgical mistakes intraoperatively in addition to substandard post operative care. Additionally Mr. Margolis has tried products liability cases and every type of personal injury matter ranging from slip and falls to automobile accidents.
